Public Housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible low-income individuals, families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.
Apartments are based on annual income. Therefore, if the rent calculation, based on annual income, is lower or higher than the flat rate, then the rent will be the lower of the two.
